Fresh Move Exeter & Torquay Fees

Full Management ‐ (Includes Viewings, Referencing, Tenancy Documents, Right to Rent Checks, Rent Collection, Check in and Check out Video Inventory, Deposit Lodgement and Property Management) = 12% per month including VAT plus 60% of the first months rent including VAT (Minimum £495 including VAT) at the start of each new tenancy.

Let Only ‐ Viewings, Referencing, Right to Rent Checks, Tenancy Documents and Collection of the first months rent and deposit – 60% of the first months rent including VAT (Minimum £495 including VAT)

Rent Collection Only ‐ 8% per month including VAT (Minimum £250 Including VAT)

Video Inventory Check in Report and Office/Onsite check in ‐ £144 including VAT (included in Full Management)

Video Inventory Check Out Report ‐ £144 including VAT (included in Full Management)

Tenancy Agreement Only ‐ £72 including VAT (included in Full Management)

Property Inspection Reports (Ad Hoc Landlord Requests) ‐ £120 including VAT (4 monthly reports are included in Full Management)

Deposit Registration and Release ‐ Using the DPS ‐ £60 Including VAT (Included in Full Management)

Section Notices ‐ The serving of appropriate section notices – £96 including VAT per notice (Included in our Full Management)

Other Landlords costs

All our maintenance is carried out at cost and always has been – We pass any savings directly on to you

‐ British Gas Policies can be arranged at up to 25% discount from British Gas (optional)
