Section Notices ‐ The serving of appropriate section notices – £96 including VAT per notice (Included in our Full Management)

Fiona Gardner - Managing Director
NAEA & ARLA Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management Previously a Global Marketing Director based in London, Fiona decided in 2006 to return back to the South West having founded the company shortly thereafter. With over 10 years in Tier 1, Corporate Marketing, Fiona was ready for a new challenge. A Landlord herself, she understood landlord's objectives and requirements and set about designing a company that put landlords first and challenged the negative views she found in her research. Fresh move, since 2006 and has grown from strength to strength with 6 dedicated staff geared to providing the best possible service.
James Gardner - Development and Operations Director
James has had over 25 years of industry experience previously selling IT outsourcing to Her Majesty's Government across the UK for major tier 1 companies such as Dell Computers. James was appointed by his wife Fiona in early 2013 to manage the growth of the business. As a family we believed this would not only improve our quality of lives but in a joint partnership role both our backgrounds would only excel the fresh move business and its mature well qualified team. James's role focuses on operational and service excellence, marketing, business process systems, supplier relationships and the overall development of fresh move.
