Teign View is a gorgeous beach front apartment with amazing views.
The unique location of the apartment makes it the perfect place to relax & enjoy. Everything you need (restaurants, bars, shops etc) is a level stroll away. There is a lounge/dining room, three bedrooms one kingsize double, one twin with restricted height accessed from stairs off lounge and one small single bedroom. There is a galley kitchen with washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob and microwave. There is one shower room/w.c. with wash hand basin.
The apartment has gas central heating and double glazing. There is parking for one small car.
There is absolutely no doubt that the "wow" factor of the apartment are the amazing views. There are panoramic views up the River Teign to Dartmoor in the distance and across the river to the quaint village of Shaldon. You can spend hours just watching the array of activities on the river Teign. With the tide ebbing and rising means that you have an ever changing environment. From local fishing boats unloading their catch to larger coasters coming and going to the docks, from the local gig rowers to kayakers, paddleboarders and canoeists – you will never tire of all the river activity.
All of these activities plus amazing sunsets can be enjoyed from the comfort of your lounge or the main bedroom.
Teign View is on the first, second and third (top) floor of a row of terraced houses that were once used by the working local fisherman. You approach the apartment via external stairs from the parking space. Please note that there is no outside space, but you have the beach right on your doorstep.
Small dog maybe considered, sorry no housing benefits.

Agent fees

To secure the property in your name you will have to pay:

– £150 per adult for referencing and administration
– £50 for each guarantor (if required)
– £200 holding fee (taken from the first months rent as rent in advance)

Please note that each of the fees above are non-refundable unless the landlord refuses your application prior to commencing referencing.
There are no other hidden fees to be concerned about.
The fees that apply above are fixed and are non-negotiable.

Prior to moving into the property you will have to pay:

– 1 months rent (minus the £200 holding fee originally paid)

– A minimum of 1 months security deposit
