I have been really surprised over the last few weeks and months with comments from people looking to rent saying how helpful we are even when we do not have what they are looking for.

I have been told over and over that other agents are just telling them they have nothing available and cutting them off.

The rental market currently down in Devon and especially Torbay has not slowed since the first lockdown was released and is still not showing any signs of easing, great for us and great for landlords but not so great for all those desperately seeking a new home due to their landlords selling or needing a bigger property due to a growing family.

We as a company try to listen to everyone's requests and discuss different ways forward for them to find their perfect home or point them in the direction of someone who may be able help them in certain circumstances.

I understand if you do not have a property suitable at this time and know we are all extremely busy but please take 2 mins to listen and help if you can with information that could change someone's day for the better.
