Our property inspections have been written by a qualified surveyor and address all aspects of the property from potential hazards, health and safety issues, occupancy safety, occupancy comfort, wear and tear, general condition, detailed images of external condition, internal rooms and any further actions that need to be addressed by the landlord or tenant. Date and time stamped electronic signatures, are also captured from the tenants and inspector.

Fresh move fees are payable on the initial introduction of a tenant. We only profit for landlord tenant find, management fees and tenant fees. We do not profit from any repairs, maintenance, insurance, or any other related services we provide. Every additional service is provided at cost.
